Dietrich is a Partner in the Stanton Chase Düsseldorf office. He specializes in analytical industry, biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices, and bioinformatics. He also brings functional expertise in marketing and Sales, R&D and operations, medical affairs, and business operations.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Dietrich was a partner at a German-based recruiting agency focusing on both national and international executive search mandates. His achievements range from successfully filling executive level positions to recruiting small but complete operating teams. Previously, Dietrich gained broad leadership expertise via several business management and executive positions at globally renowned high-technology companies in the areas of analytical life sciences, biotechnology, and diagnostics.

Dietrich spent over 10 years in the U.S.A. and Canada. He is familiar with the Asian and European market regarding business, people, and culture.
