⚠️ Scam Alert: Fake Recruitment Messages
We are seeing a growing number of fraudulent messages sent to candidates and contacts by individuals falsely claiming to represent Stanton Chase Inc. These scammers are using our name and logo to appear legitimate and are attempting to collect personal or financial information.

These messages may come through WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, email, or other messaging platforms.

Please stay alert and review the guidance below before engaging in any recruitment-related communication.

What You Should Know

  • Stanton Chase does not contact candidates through WhatsApp or Telegram. Any message claiming to represent us on these platforms is not legitimate.
  • All official communication from Stanton Chase is conducted through verified, professional channels only. We do not conduct recruitment activities through personal messaging apps.
  • If you receive a message from an email address that does not end in @stantonchase.com, it is fraudulent.

How to Identify and Avoid Recruitment Scams

1. Check the Sender’s Email Address Carefully

Scammers often create email addresses that look similar to legitimate ones but contain small spelling changes or extra characters.

All Stanton Chase employees will contact candidates exclusively from an official stantonchase.com email address.

If you are unsure about the identity of the sender, verify the individual’s name, title, and office location through our Consultant Directory: https://www.stantonchase.com/consultant

2. Do Not Share Personal Information

Never provide personal, financial, or sensitive information unless you are certain you are communicating directly with a verified Stanton Chase representative.

When in doubt, pause and verify.

3. Be Wary of Urgency or Payment Requests

Scammers frequently create artificial urgency to pressure you into acting quickly.

If you are told you must respond immediately to secure a job opportunity, proceed with extreme caution.

Stanton Chase does not charge candidates any fees at any stage of the recruitment process. Any request for payment is a scam.
