Gintarė Bėtaitė-Cibulskė

Gintarė Bėtaitė-Cibulskė is a Senior Partner at Stanton Chase Vilnius, specializing in executive search and leadership advisory services across diverse industries and functions. She has spent almost 20 years in professional services and brings broad business understanding to her work.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Gintarė was a Partner at an international executive search firm in Lithuania, where she witnessed the growth of executive search services in Lithuania and across the pan-Baltic region. She has led high-end searches and advised C-suite executives on challenging business cases.

Gintarė takes a hands-on approach with her clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs. She also provides management assessment and leadership advisory services.

Before starting her career in professional services, Gintarė worked in sales, business development, and human resources management at international and Lithuanian companies across multiple sectors.

Gintarė graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Kaunas Technological University, Lithuania. She completed an internship in the USA and obtained an Executive MBA at the International School of Management (ISM) in Lithuania. She also studied at the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, and in Singapore. She speaks Lithuanian and English, with a basic knowledge of French.

Outside of work, Gintarė enjoys spending time with her family, has a passion for cooking and landscape design, and never misses the opportunity to go for a run.
