She partners with promoter-led, private, and public companies in building high-performing leadership teams, with a focus on board and CEO succession planning.

As a trusted leadership advisor, she plays a key role in structuring and strengthening boards by advising on board composition, board hiring, and board assessment. Beyond her corporate engagements, she actively contributes as a knowledge partner to renowned industry associations like OPPI (Organisation for Pharmaceutical Producers of India) and Board Stewardship.

A Certified Assessment Consultant (Psychometric Assessments) and a Certified Organization Culture Expert, Ashwini leads Executive & Leadership Assessments and Organizational Culture Assessments for Stanton Chase India. She is also a Certified Corporate Director, accredited by the Institute of Directors, further strengthening her ability to guide boards in enhancing governance and leadership effectiveness.

Ashwini holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. She enjoys traveling and has a passion for music.
