Stanton Chase recently hosted its 66th Global Partners Meeting (GPM) in Austin, Texas.
This year’s GPM theme, “Back to the Future,” reflects Stanton Chase’s unwavering focus on long-term growth and sustainability, setting it apart from other executive search firms. Stanton Chase’s determination to prepare for and shape the future was evident at the event.
The GPM was packed with exciting activities such as an e-bike tour, tubing in the San Marcos River, indulging in Texas BBQ and Tex-Mex cuisine, and enjoying musical performances by local artists. However, the core focus remained on business, with industry and function meetings addressing the future of the corporate world and Stanton Chase’s role in it.
The crowning moment of the event was the 2022 Business Performance Awards, presented on the final night of the GPM. The winners were as follows:
- Sustainable Business Growth Award (Absolute Growth) — Stanton Chase Baltimore
- Sustainable Business Growth Award (Percentage Growth) — Stanton Chase Santiago
- People Excellence Award — Stanton Chase Athens
- Referral Award — Stanton Chase Brussels
- Share to Care Award — Stanton Chase Baltimore
The Share to Care Award is presented to the Stanton Chase office that exemplifies outstanding collaboration within the Stanton Chase family. Offices collectively vote for the office that has provided the most support in assignments and business development initiatives. This award emphasizes one of Stanton Chase’s most remarkable strengths — our capacity to cultivate international collaboration among offices. Owing to this spirit of unity, we can grant our clients unparalleled access to the world’s best executive talent and executive search consultants.
“It fills me with pride to witness the remarkable achievements of our global offices in 2022. Our presence spans every corner of the world, from Johannesburg to Toronto, Perth to New Delhi, Stuttgart to Seoul. The past year was truly remarkable for all our offices, marked by growth and innovation. It is always a challenge to select only a few offices for awards when everyone performs so well. However, this year’s winners truly went above and beyond, surpassing the exceptional performance of their peers,” said Kristof Reynvoet, Global Chair of Stanton Chase’s Board.
