Romina Remy is Principal at Stanton Chase Montevideo, where she leads executive search engagements at managerial and C-Level for local and international companies in Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay, taking end-to-end responsibility for every process. She brings over ten years of experience in Executive Search, having built her career at leading global firms. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, she was part of the Glue Executive Search team, a firm specializing in executive search and leadership talent advisory across Latin America. Previously, she worked as an Associate at a leading international executive search firm based in Santiago, Chile, where she conducted searches for General Management, Finance, Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Technology roles for clients across the industrial, mining, energy, retail, banking, and consumer sectors.

Romina holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and an MBA from Universidad de Piura (PAD). Throughout her career she has developed a strategic perspective on talent and leadership, combining analytical thinking, business acumen, and a strong interpersonal sensitivity to build lasting relationships of trust with clients and candidates across the region.
