Hara Saraskeri

Hara Saraskeri is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Athens, focusing on leadership, teams, and culture advisory. She specializes in leadership assessment, executive and senior team development, and succession planning.

With more than 17 years of experience across consulting and banking environments, Hara has extensive expertise in talent management, organizational culture, employee engagement, learning and development, change management, and assessment methodologies. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, she held a senior consulting role at ICAP People Solutions, partnering with organizations across industries to deliver talent assessment and development solutions. Earlier in her career at Piraeus Bank, she contributed to large-scale transformation programs, employee engagement, internal communications, and ESG initiatives at group level.

Hara holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Sunderland and is certified in multiple psychometric tools, including Hogan Assessments. She combines a strong understanding of people and organizations with a practical, business-oriented approach to leadership and talent development.
