According to The Economic Times, India’s senior leadership recruitment has, at best, maintained its growth and, at worst, remained unchanged. Many companies are hiring to bolster their leadership teams to prepare for future expansions, while others are recalibrating their leadership teams in anticipation of a global recession. The executive search industry in India seems unlikely to slow down any time soon, regardless of the reasons.
