Amit has been an executive search Consultant for more than 17 years and has personally completed more than 500 assignments.

Amit acts as a strategic adviser on leadership matters to his clients. He has helped companies ramp up management teams from the ground up, hired key executives for senior and critical positions, and assisted boards in brainstorming and executing succession planning for apex roles.

Amit started his career in the dot-com boom of Y2K working on Internet concepts and ventures including online discount portals, gaming, Internet radio, and ecommerce. He then moved to television and worked on one of India’s first reality shows as a Project Manager.

Amit holds a postgraduate degree in management. He has a personal interest in sports, finance, and the entertainment business.
