Stanton Chase Belgrade Announces Winners of 12th Annual Talent Management Awards

Stanton Chase Belgrade recently held its 12th annual Talent Management Award ceremony, recognizing three companies for their work in developing employee talent across Serbia.

The awards have become a fixture in the country’s business calendar, bringing together organizations that compete in a selection process evaluated by a seven-member jury.  

The 2025 Award Winners

Delta Holding won the main Talent Management Award. The company has participated in the selection process for many years, and the jury noted their continued development and implementation of talent programs across all business segments. Delta Holding operates in multiple industries, and the award recognized their dedication to talent development across this diverse portfolio. 

The seven-member jury also granted two special awards: 

Banca Intesa received the Award for Tailor-Made Programs Driving Innovation and Creativity. 

Dr.Max won the Award for Outstanding Local Initiative Advancing Into a Group Role Model. 

This Year’s Recognition

The awards recognized companies from financial services, retail pharmacy, and diversified holdings. All three winners have maintained their talent programs over multiple years, showing how this work applies across different industries in Serbia. 

Delta Holding’s win marked another year of participation in the awards, reflecting their continued investment in talent across their various business segments. The special awards for Banca Intesa and Dr.Max highlighted different approaches to the same challenge: building programs that develop employees while supporting business goals. 

The twelve-year history of these awards has tracked how Serbian companies approach talent development. What started as a recognition program has become an annual fixture, with companies from different sectors competing each year. The jury’s decisions each year reflect what’s working in talent management across the country’s economy. 

About the Author

Milos Tucakovic is a Managing Partner at Stanton Chase Belgrade. He is also Stanton Chase’s Consumer Products and Services Global Sector Leader.    

Milos has almost two decades of executive search and leadership advisory experience, and prior to this accumulated nearly 30 years of human resources and management experience.    

Milos is a member of the Serbian Association of Managers and Knowledge Committee of Serbia. He also lectures on management at the College of Hotel Management in Belgrade.
