Olga Sarantopoulou

Olga Sarantopoulou is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Athens, specializing in executive search assignments across financial services, technology, and professional services.

Since joining the firm, she has successfully led and delivered complex executive search projects across multiple sectors and functional areas. Over time, she developed strong expertise in identifying and assessing senior leadership talent, with particular focus on banking, real estate, fintech, and insurance.

After two years in a broader talent acquisition role, including responsibility for database management and operational support, Olga transitioned to focus exclusively on executive-level search mandates. Her consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes across these assignments led to her promotion to Consultant.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Olga worked as a Greek language teacher.

She holds two master’s degrees: one in History of Philosophy from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and another in Educational Management and Leadership from Harokopio University of Athens. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Greek Philology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

In addition to her native Greek, Olga is fluent in English and has working knowledge of French.
