Ilia Lymberopoulou

Ilia Lymberopoulou is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Athens, specializing in executive search assignments across financial services, professional services, and technology. For over 10 years, she has built expertise in executive search, talent attraction, acquisition, and human resources, partnering with organizations to identify and attract top talent.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Ilia worked at Egon Zehnder as an Expert, supporting executive search and leadership advisory assignments for leading organizations in Greece. Previously, at EY Greece, she held roles across talent acquisition and human resources, focusing on hiring for the firm’s Data & AI Center of Excellence before serving as an HR Business Partner to the Consulting Service Line.

Earlier in her career, Ilia built a strong foundation in talent acquisition and recruitment consulting, helping organizations identify and attract high-performing talent across a range of commercial functions.

Ilia holds a BSc in Economics from The American College of Greece and an MSc in Human Resource Management from ALBA Graduate Business School.
