He joined the firm after several successful years as a Senior Consultant and Partner at a German executive search company, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the search and consulting business in Germany. Gabriel chose Stanton Chase to support his clients through global infrastructure that provides international search and consultancy solutions alongside local market insights. His main goal is to deliver tailor-made solutions that match his clients’ needs.

Gabriel supports leading German mid-sized and global stock-listed companies, focusing on executive and senior-level roles across organisational and technical functions. He has a strong track record and the ability to adapt quickly to new topics and industries.

He is married, has one daughter, and speaks fluent English and German.
