Christian Ehl

Christian began his recruiting career in 2004, working extensively with both international corporations and medium-sized businesses. Through diverse clients and projects, he has developed a broad understanding of organizational functions across various sectors.

For Christian, finding candidates with both the right mindset and cultural fit is paramount. He frequently assists organizations when they create new roles, adapt existing positions, or need external talent during transformations. He focuses on building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships.

In 2008, Christian completed his coaching certification, specializing in systemic and change coaching. He has also provided on-site recruiting consultancy to several prominent companies.

His interest in sustainability began in 2004 when he wrote his thesis on Corporate Social Responsibility during his studies. Since then, he has built up extensive knowledge and a strong network of candidates in this field.

Christian holds a degree in International Business Administration from Accadis Business School, along with an additional degree from the University of Newcastle (UK). A native German speaker, he is fluent in English and has good working knowledge of Spanish.

Based near Frankfurt/Main, Germany, Christian is married and has two daughters.
