Christian Ehl

Having started his recruiting career in 2004, Christian has worked intensively with international corporates and medium-sized businesses. Through a set of very different clients and projects, he gained a broad understanding of company functions within a variety of sectors.

Finding candidates with the right mindset is the key premise for him, especially at a time where leadership roles are rapidly changing and require more coaching and motivational skills as well as flexibility in thought and action. Therefore, his attitude has always been to know his candidates thoroughly, building up long-term relations and supporting people in their career development.

In order to understand and advise clients and candidates thoroughly, he completed a coaching education with a focus on systemic and change coaching. Moreover, he also had the chance to support several renowned companies through onsite consulting projects in the area of recruiting.

His journey in the field of ESG and sustainability started back in 2004 with a thesis on CSR during his studies. Since then, his journey in continuous learning and own behavior change is ongoing.

He finished his studies in international business administration at the Accadis Business School, including studies and a separate degree from the University of Newcastle (UK). He is a native speaker of German, fluent in English, and has a good understanding of Spanish.

Christian is married and the father of two girls, living with his family near Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
