Bernardita Mena Aldunate

Bernardita joined Stanton Chase Santiago after a successful career in the executive search industry and a corporate role in human resources and organizational development at a multinational services company where she served as Head of Talent for Latin America. As the Managing Director of Stanton Chase’s Chile office, Bernardita was elected to the Global Board in 2023 as Vice President for People Excellence.

Bernardita specializes in the consumer products, retail, and healthcare industries, where she helps clients with organizational development and cultural transformations. She has extensive experience recruiting senior executives and advising clients on leadership, including acquiring, assessing, and developing leaders to meet the strategic goals of the business.

Bernardita holds a psychology degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from EADA Business School in Barcelona. She is a candidate for the International Certification in Company Direction from the IOD Institute of Directors in the UK. She is also certified in Hogan Assessments for C-level talent and Hofstede Insights Organizational Cultural Assessments.
