Alex Mattera

Alex Mattera is a Senior Associate with Stanton Chase D.C. She partners with consultants to support executive search engagements across a range of industries. In this role, Alex contributes to the full lifecycle of the search process, including candidate identification, assessment, and client relationship management. She plays a key role in developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of high-caliber talent, ensuring a thoughtful and thorough approach to each engagement.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Alex was a Senior Associate with Kittleman & Associates, where she managed the executive search process for C-suite leaders within nonprofit organizations. She placed executives at organizations focused on environmental conservation, food banks, community foundations, and museums. She also brings several years of talent acquisition experience across the healthcare, entertainment, and consumer packaged goods industries.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a Liberal Arts concentration in Sociology from Boston University.
