The mandate was to select the best internal candidate (from a pool of 10 applicants), for a critical commercial role. In addition to recommending the best fit internal candidate, the objective was to identify all assessed executives’ upward potential, promote self-awareness, and support them in identifying areas for development.

We used it to explore the competencies, motivation, and potential of each candidate from various angles utilizing business simulations (case study with a presentation, role-play), personality questionnaires (leadership style, values, and barriers), and competency-based interviews. Through a 100% virtual solution and a superior assessment process, we provided the best candidate experience possible.
Our team developed integrated and insightful reports for the client (individual and group level) in support of future leadership development initiatives and assignments. As part of the program, we also facilitated feedforward sessions for participants, in which they had the opportunity to become more self-aware, identify opportunities for improvement, and commit to an action plan.
