Stanton Chase Names Bill Stratton A Managing Director In Washington, D.C.

Stratton Strengthens Search in Consumer, Industrial, and Diversity

Stanton Chase, a global retained executive search firm, has appointed Bill Stratton as a new Managing Director of Consumer, Industrial, and Diversity in its Washington, D.C., office. Stratton brings more than two decades of executive search experience to the Stanton Chase organization. His knowledge and experience include consumer products and services, healthcare, industrial, and diversity.

Jeff Perkins, Managing Director of the D.C. office, said, “Bill is a natural fit for Stanton Chase. He has run a highly successful boutique firm and now will have the resources and support of a global firm to enhance his search process and deliver exceptional results to clients.”

Stanton Chase recently signed a diversity pledge with the AESC and Stratton has been tapped to represent the firm on the North America Diversity Council, where he will work to further the firm’s initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Stratton was a Partner in a boutique executive search firm and led numerous search engagements and diversity initiatives for large multinational companies, including Kraft, ConAgra Foods, Johnson & Johnson, Diego, and Marriott. He also led the firm’s international engagements supporting clients in the United Kingdom, Canada, the Caribbean, and Central America.

In addition, Stratton served on the University of Illinois Alumni Association Board of Directors for 10 years and represented alumni worldwide as Chairman of the Board. He is active in the technology startup field and is passionate about mentoring young men of color through programs such as Project Visible Man and the Black Male Leadership Academy. Stratton holds a bachelor of science in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.
