Tuomas Koljonen

Tuomas Koljonen is an Advisory Director at Stanton Chase Helsinki, bringing over three decades of international leadership, management, and consulting experience to the firm. A veteran of corporate transformations, he holds a unique track record, having served as the CEO of seven distinct small and medium-sized enterprises. Throughout his executive career, he has specialized in driving growth, navigating complex organizational change, and successfully turning around loss-making operations.

At Stanton Chase, Tuomas leverages his deep operational background to advise and onboard C-level executives. His strategic perspective is inherently global; he spent years as an expatriate executive establishing international corporate offices, leading sales in the Asia-Pacific region, and directing operations across Europe and the United States. He also brings sophisticated investment acumen from his tenure in venture capital. This rich background enables him to serve as a trusted peer and advisor to senior leaders.

Tuomas holds an M.Sc. in Technology (Electrical Engineering) from the Helsinki University of Technology, alongside an MBA and an M.Sc. in Japanese Business Studies from Chaminade University. He is also a published author on management and is fluent in Finnish and English. Outside of his professional assignments, he enjoys alpine skiing and photography.
