Trent Jackson

Trent Jackson is a Director at Stanton Chase, responsible for recruiting executive search partners and practice leaders who strengthen the firm’s consulting platform and expand its capabilities in key markets. With more than a decade of experience in executive search and talent strategy, Trent partners closely with firm leadership to identify and attract experienced consultants who contribute to the continued growth of Stanton Chase in the region.

Trent’s career in executive search has spanned research, client delivery, and internal leadership roles at several leading global search firms. Having worked across both large international firms and specialized boutique platforms, he brings a broad perspective on the executive search profession and the qualities that distinguish high-performing consultants. This experience informs his ability to identify leaders who thrive within Stanton Chase’s collaborative, partner-led environment and who share the firm’s commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality advisory work for clients.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Trent served as a Partner in Internal Talent Acquisition at DHR Global, where he worked directly with the firm’s Chief Talent Officer and CEO to recruit senior search consultants and practice leaders. Earlier in his career at DHR Global, he served as Director of Research and was recognized as Employee of the Year for his contributions to the firm’s growth.

Trent also co-founded Axiom Group, a specialized executive search firm focused on the high-frequency trading and quantitative development sectors. Following the firm’s acquisition by 20/20 Foresight, he remained with the organization as a Managing Principal and helped grow the firm into one of the largest real estate-focused executive search firms in the United States.

He began his career in recruiting with Farmers Insurance before transitioning into executive search, where he has spent the majority of his professional career building teams and advising firms on talent strategy.

Trent holds a degree from the University of Illinois.

Outside of work, Trent enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, along with swimming, reading, and watching films.
