Before moving into his role at Stanton Chase, Steve was a Vice President and Principal at a leading search firm and a member of its Executive Leadership Team. During that time, he spearheaded niche searches for a diverse range of clients, from mid-market companies to Fortune 200 enterprises. Steve has a deep background in managing critical mandates for C-Suite, VP, and Director-level positions, consistently delivering growth by refining how talent is identified and engaged. His approach is rooted in becoming a true advisor to his clients. He believes that a successful search requires a deep dive into an organization’s specific culture and strategy, ensuring that every placement is a long-term fit that makes a real impact.

Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College. Outside of his professional life, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, playing paddle tennis, or spending time with his family and friends.
