Selvarani Param is a Partner at Stanton Chase Malaysia, which she joined in 2023.  

Selva has been engaged in technology recruitment since 2015, having worked for several international executive search firms with a focus on executive hiring. She has consistently achieved high performance and has experience covering a diverse range of industry sectors, including technology, banking, insurance, manufacturing, and professional services. 

Selva has a proven track record of successfully filling niche technical IT and digital roles. Clients value her for her in-depth knowledge of technical requirements, her genuine enthusiasm, and her ability to identify exceptional talent for their teams. 

Moreover, she enhances Stanton Chase Malaysia’s portfolio through her entrepreneurial engagement in additional HR-related services and her extensive experience serving clients in Southeast Asia. 

She is fluent in English, Bahasa, and Tamil, and holds a Bachelor’s and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in finance. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree at one of Malaysia’s leading universities.
