Working at the intersection of Management Science and Organizational Science, he leverages respected diagnostic and consulting tools to generate individual, team, and organizational transformations that create sustainable business results.

As the Founder and Editor of a professional career management publication and community, he has provided career guidance to thousands of Latin American professionals for over two decades, helping them actively manage their careers and create more successful professional and personal lives.

Rodrigo is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and has led executive search, consulting, assessment, and development projects across North and South America.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and multiple specialization certifications in internationally recognized consulting tools and methodologies.
