Rico has been working in executive search since 2010 and has been a Partner at Stanton Chase since April 2026. He has mastered the diverse facets of human resources management with great confidence and always finds the right approach for different challenges in executive consulting. His clients benefit from his many years of consulting experience and his comprehensive, cross-industry expertise in executive search. As an entrepreneur himself, he also understands the demands and challenges of running a business firsthand.

During his studies, he focused on labor law, management, and microeconomics.

He is married and has three children and a dog. He speaks fluent English and German and also has a basic knowledge of French.
