Rick Bolton

Rick Bolton is a Director at Stanton Chase Detroit, bringing over 35 years of professional experience within the automotive sector. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Rick was Senior Vice President, Americas Customer Group at Harman International. Earlier in his career, he spent many years at Lear Corporation, where he held senior leadership roles spanning sales, engineering, project management, and business strategy.

Rick is a seasoned global executive known for leading through complexity and building lasting client relationships. He has a track record of driving the commercialization and development of new product technologies while building world-class leadership teams through periods of significant industry disruption. Having lived and worked in Asia for eight years, Rick brings cultural fluency and commercial insight that are essential to understanding and exceeding the needs of Stanton Chase’s clients.

Rick holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
