Rakhi Deshpande

Rakhi Deshpande is a Partner with Stanton Chase in India and Singapore. She has built her career helping global organizations establish and staff their operations in the region, having been central to the setup of 21 India capability centers and the appointment of senior leaders across a range of domains.

Her 20 years in search and hiring began in technology recruitment and grew into the leadership of international teams across human resources and talent acquisition. At IBM she built technology teams throughout India. At Xoriant she hired core engineering talent and established a build-operate-transfer model that gave the firm an entry point into the Indian market. At Zinnov she moved into consulting, where she advised global capability centers on people matters and the composition of their leadership teams.

Rakhi conducts executive search assignments across technology, banking and financial services, data, and research and development. She works regularly with C-suite stakeholders based around the world.

She is a law graduate and a university gold medalist, and she holds a postgraduate degree in management. Rakhi lives in Pune with her family, where she is a devoted listener of Hindustani classical music and an amateur photographer.
