He has over 30 years of experience placing C-suite and GM-level executives across industries as diverse as Mining, Energy, Agribusiness, Manufacturing, Financial Services, IT&T, FMCG, Defense, Utilities, and Infrastructure.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Paul owned and operated a boutique executive search firm in Perth, Western Australia, where he delivered assignments for clients in Australia, Southeast Asia, and Canada. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Consultant and General Manager for executive search and recruitment firms in Perth and Melbourne.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He is an enthusiastic traveler and an avid student of people and cultures. Drawing on personal experience, Paul is a passionate advocate for cancer caregivers and is working in his local community to develop better support networks for partners of cancer patients.
