Pascal Gustin

Pascal Gustin is a Senior Executive Advisor at Stanton Chase Paris and Lyon, with extensive experience in board advisory, executive coaching, and leadership assessment and monitoring.

He began his career in the healthcare industry and went on to spend more than 35 years in strategy consulting and change management, advising both large multinational corporations and fast-growing international mid-sized companies. Throughout that time, he has supported leadership teams through strategic initiatives, innovation programs, and organizational transformations.

He previously served as CEO of Algoe Group, a French leader in the management consulting sector with 200 employees across its offices in Lyon and Paris. He has also served as President of the regional employers’ association for consulting, engineering, and digital services companies.

Pascal holds a degree in biology from the University of Lyon and a business degree from EM Lyon Business School, is certified in executive coaching by HEC Paris, and speaks French, Spanish, and English.
