Nicole Guzman is a Senior Researcher at Stanton Chase Santiago, working within the Energy, Resources, and Mining practice. She brings more than 12 years of experience in executive search, leadership assessment, and senior talent identification across local and international markets.

That experience covers the recruitment and assessment of C-level executives and senior leaders in a broad range of industries, among them mining, energy, industrial, retail, logistics, and consumer goods.

Before rejoining Stanton Chase, Nicole spent more than eight years with global executive search firms, supporting senior executive and board-level searches across multiple industries. Her interest in how leadership markets and complex industries work informs the way she approaches each assignment, and it is what allows her to help clients identify and attract executive talent that fits.

At Stanton Chase, Nicole focuses on executive search assignments that support organizations in building leadership teams that perform, working across Chile, Peru, and the wider Latin American market.
