Nicole Guzman is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Stanton Chase Santiago, working within the Energy, Resources, and Mining practice. She brings more than 12 years of experience in executive search, leadership assessment, and senior talent identification across local and international markets.

Nicole’s experience covers the recruitment and assessment of C-level executives and senior leaders in a broad range of industries, among them mining, energy, industrial, retail, logistics, and consumer goods.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Nicole spent more than eight years with global executive search firms, supporting senior executive and board-level searches across a range of industries. Her genuine interest in how leadership markets and complex industries operate shapes the way she approaches each assignment, and it is what enables her to help clients identify and attract executive talent that fit each assignment.
