Nicholas Vasilikiotis

Based in Greece, Nicholas is a Partner at the Stanton Chase Athens office, with a focus on industrial, energy, and logistics and transportation. He is also the Global Maritime Sector Leader for the company on an international level. With a close rapport with industry decision makers, he runs a series of high-profile executive search projects, mainly in the manufacturing, energy, and shipping sectors.

With a wide-ranging business background, Nicholas has been a trusted adviser for key industry executives in demanding projects helping them navigate challenges of today’s everchanging environment.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Nicholas was the Head of Human Capital Services of Deloitte Athens with a major focus on executive search projects. In his capacity, he substantially developed executive search for Deloitte Athens. He possesses a wealth of professional experience having also worked at Shelman S.A. and at the Hellenic Duty-Free Shops (retail) in the fields of organization development, business operations excellence, and implementation of ERP systems.

Nicholas holds an MBA from the Cyprus Institute of Management (Nicosia, Cyprus) with a specialization in organization and processes transformation and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a specialization in applied mathematics.
