Managing Director
Nikos Vasilikiotis has served as Managing Director of Stanton Chase Athens since November 2025, leading client engagements in both Greece and Cyprus. A Partner and member of the firm’s senior leadership team for the past 16 years, he has led a broad range of executive search and leadership advisory engagements, developing particular expertise across the maritime, industrial, and energy sectors. In parallel, for the past eight years, he has served as Stanton Chase’s Global Maritime Leader, with responsibility for further developing and strengthening the firm’s maritime practice across its international network.
With broad business acumen, a strategic perspective, and deep market knowledge, Nikos is a trusted advisor to business owners, shareholders, board members, and senior executives, supporting them in navigating complex challenges and making critical decisions in an increasingly dynamic and evolving business environment.
For Nikos, effective leadership is not simply about identifying the right people for the right positions. It is about creating the conditions that enable today’s and tomorrow’s leaders to evolve, inspire, create value, and lead their organizations with consistency and resilience into the future. In this context, he believes that supporting organizations in identifying, selecting, appointing, and developing leaders is a critical enabler of sustainable leadership, an approach that connects sustained business growth with the wellbeing and development of the people who shape an organization and, ultimately, with the creation of a positive and lasting impact on society.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Nikos served as Head of Human Capital Services at Deloitte Athens, where he contributed to the further development of the firm’s executive search practice. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Shelman S.A. and Hellenic Duty-Free Shops, contributing to organizational development, operational excellence, and ERP implementation.
Nikos holds a BA in Mathematics, with a concentration in Applied Mathematics, from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as an MBA specializing in Managing Strategic Change from the Cyprus Institute of Management.
