Martha Velez

Martha joined Stanton Chase Bogotá eight years ago and is a Partner in the company (Aristos). Prior to becoming an Executive Search and Talent Assessment Consultant, Martha worked in the Human Resources of Avianca, Colombia’s flagship airline, and led the Human Resource Department at Impsa Andina – Impsat, an Argentinean-based regional technology company.

Martha leads the company’s overall commercial activities and is the Leader of the Assessment Practice, an activity where Stanton Chase Bogotá is Colombia ‘s undisputed leader. Active in Search and as an Account Manager, Martha has successfully led numerous executive search projects for Telecommunications, IT, Electronics, Industrial, Consumer Products and Services companies. Martha was also part of the re-structuring and the re-staffing of Telecom (1,500 positions in less than 1 year), Colombia’s national telecommunications company.

Born in Bogotá, Martha has a BA in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, in Bogotá. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
