Mario Barisic

Mario Barisic is a Partner at Stanton Chase Düsseldorf. He brings more than ten years of experience advising mid-sized and upper-mid-market companies, family-owned businesses, and private equity investors and their portfolio companies.

Mario offers clarity at every stage of the search, from understanding the business challenge and defining what the role needs to deliver, to identifying the capabilities and personal attributes required for success. The same care goes into assessing candidates. He looks beyond credentials and track record to understand how individuals think, lead, and operate, and whether their personality and mindset align with both the mandate and the organization.

With a background in mid-cap corporate finance and structured finance, Mario adds a commercial perspective to his advisory work. His understanding of business models, financial performance, and corporate decision-making allows him to consider leadership appointments in the context of a company’s strategic priorities and business objectives.

Mario holds a degree in finance and completed an Executive Program in Mergers & Acquisitions at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

He is married and has one son. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, and staying active through sports.
