A Compassionate Expert with a Wealth of Diverse Experience

Lyubka brings a wealth of knowledge to the table with over 15 years in sales and client relations across the automotive and real estate sectors. 

Lyubka previously worked for the Korean automobile manufacturer Daewoo, where she developed her business acumen in a multicultural environment. She contributed to expanding Daewoo’s dealer network across Bulgaria and played a key role in elevating the company to a leading market position.

Before her current role at Stanton Chase, Lyubka spent five years as a Sales Manager at Winslow Group. There, she successfully managed a client base worth over 20 million Euros. Her sophisticated approach to investors contributed to the establishment of Winslow’s corporate identity.

For Lyubka, her job is more than a career; it’s a passion. She finds joy in serving clients. She also values networking with diverse professionals and gaining insights from their stories. Above all, she revels in exploring the depths of human nature through Hogan Assessment tools.

• In 2023, Lyubka delivered executive search services to four new clients across different sectors. These companies, new to Stanton Chase Sofia, faced complex cases involving transformation and change management.

A Dog Lover with a Passion for Personality Data

Lyubka holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the American University in Bulgaria and is a certified Hogan Consultant, adept at interpreting personality data through Hogan Assessments.

When not working, Lyubka enjoys sports such as speedminton, roller skating, and scooter riding with her family. She is also an avid dog lover.
