Lars Ollesch

Lars Ollesch is a Partner at Stanton Chase Düsseldorf. His role is to help find and recruit top executives for various sectors, including energy, utilities, water and waste management, and the public sector and its service providers. He’s also skilled in assisting businesses within plant engineering, grids, station construction, and energy-intensive industries.

His journey in executive search began with a top executive search firm in the German-speaking region, where he was a Partner/Principal for six years. Lars also has extensive experience from his time at Ruhrgas AG/E.ON Ruhrgas AG, holding various executive roles.

Lars worked as a Vice President and Head of Sales for gas, electricity, and consulting services for 13 years. He also headed the Procurement Planning Division and Plant Procurement and Engineering for nearly a decade.

Over the last 20 years, Lars has gained vast experience in executive consulting and leadership development. He has worked on assignments across multiple business areas. In his past role as Vice President, he also helped with management audits, psychological evaluations, and the training and development of new leaders.

Lars works effectively with local government, using his experience to collaborate with diverse supervisory bodies. He values clear, solution-focused communication and is dedicated to carrying out search mandates of the highest quality for his clients.
