Laletha Saba

Laletha Saba has over seven years of experience in retained-style research, market intelligence, and senior leadership profiling across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Africa. Her career includes work in executive search, international research consultancy, and stakeholder engagement with board members, CEOs, and government officials.

She has delivered C-Level research projects and supported executive-level recruitment through leadership profiling and competitor intelligence. She has actively participated at international conferences, and has engaged senior executives in the context of executive search and leadership advisory.

Prior to her work in research, Laletha served with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), where her responsibilities included confidential data management, stakeholder assessment, and cross-institutional collaboration. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. She is fluent in English and Malay and conversational in Tamil and Hindi.
