Kristýna Fuxová

Kristýna Fuxova is a Senior Researcher at Stanton Chase Prague, where she is responsible for identifying and sourcing top-level candidates for senior and executive positions. Her duties focus on supporting the executive search process through comprehensive research, analysis, and candidate identification. 

Kristýna gained recruitment experience at a staffing agency, where she managed the complete 360° recruitment process. This involved identifying potential clients in the fields of business, marketing, and engineering, as well as searching for and conducting interviews with candidates. She also managed the final stages of the process with clients, including candidate onboarding, contracts, and more. Kristýna regularly recruited for positions ranging from junior administrative roles to mid-level management. 

Before starting her career in recruitment, Kristýna lived and worked in Germany, where she had the opportunity to combine traveling with working in her family business in sales, marketing, and customer service. 

Kristýna has one daughter, and her hobbies include spending time with her family, exploring new places, enjoying nature, and participating in sports. She enjoys listening to good music and finds the most relaxation either on a solitary walk or with a good book.
