Karen Fogh-Andersen

Karen is a Partner at Stanton Chase Copenhagen. She brings more than 25 years of experience within executive search, talent acquisition, and leadership advisory, gained from both international executive search firms and global organizations.

Karen rejoined Stanton Chase in 2026 after holding senior Talent Acquisition leadership roles at Ørsted and VELUX. In these roles, she partnered with senior leadership on strategic recruitment initiatives, executive hiring, and talent strategy across international markets.

Prior to her in-house leadership roles, Karen spent more than 15 years in executive search, including seven years as Managing Partner at Stanton Chase Denmark and Global Practice Leader for our Human Resources Practice.

Karen has deep expertise in executive search, leadership assessment, succession planning, and talent strategy. She is recognized for her trusted advisory approach and her ability to identify and attract leaders who can drive transformation, growth, and long-term organizational impact.

She holds a Cand.merc. in Marketing from Copenhagen Business School.
