Jeff Parker

Jeff Parker is a Managing Director at Stanton Chase. He brings 25 years of executive search experience to his role in the firm’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice.

Jeff’s expertise across the healthcare industry uniquely equips him to serve as a trusted advisor to both payor and provider organizations. He has led hundreds of C-suite and VP-level engagements across health systems, multi-specialty medical groups, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, pediatric hospitals, community hospitals, critical access and public hospitals, as well as post-acute and end-of-life care organizations. He has built deep relationships across multi-state integrated delivery systems, provider-sponsored health plans, healthcare associations and societies, and Fortune 500 payors.

Jeff has a diverse portfolio of repeat clients, including nonprofit, for-profit, public, and private equity-backed organizations. Clients value his ability to work closely with search committees and boards, assessing not only experience and credentials, but also the servant leadership qualities and cultural alignment that define exceptional, high-impact healthcare executives.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Jeff held senior leadership roles with nationally recognized executive search firms focused on the healthcare industry. In addition to tenures with respected boutique firms specializing in healthcare retained search, he also built and led a healthcare practice from the ground up for a global executive search firm. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Executive Search and built the healthcare search practice at Carle Health System/Stratum Med, giving him firsthand experience partnering with healthcare leaders and hiring executives from within the client environment. This perspective continues to inform how he advises organizations today.

Jeff holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University. He is Hogan certified, holds an AHIP certification in Healthcare Management, and has completed a certificate in Servant Leadership. He also previously served on the Greater Illinois Parkinson’s Advisory Board of the Parkinson’s Foundation.

Jeff and his wife enjoy traveling throughout the country with their son and supporting his golf team.
