Jean-Christophe Puget

Jean-Christophe Puget is Managing Director at Stanton Chase Paris and Lyon, where he also leads the Financial Services and Private Equity practices for both offices. For over 25 years, he has advised major international corporations, as well as globally active small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-market companies.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Jean-Christophe led several highly renowned specialized recruitment and executive search firms (including some of the world’s most recognized executive search groups) in France and internationally. His commitment to service and performance for clients and candidates alike is the cornerstone of the team he leads, and his defining professional hallmark.

Early in his career, he spent five years in financial auditing at a Big Four firm before moving into specialized recruitment and executive search in 2000. Throughout, he has remained dedicated to the success of his colleagues, his candidates, and, above all, the organizations he serves.

Jean-Christophe is a graduate of Toulouse Business School and holds a DECF degree. He is fluent in French and English.
