Florencia Godoy is Principal at Stanton Chase Buenos Aires, where she leads executive search engagements at managerial, director, and C-Level for local and multinational companies across diverse industries, and supports organizational transformation processes, executive assessment, and career coaching. She brings over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, Talent Management, and Human Resources leadership, having built her career in both consulting and within multinational organizations. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, she was part of the Glue Executive Search team, a firm specializing in executive search and leadership talent advisory across Latin America. Previously, she held regional leadership positions at a leading global Business Process Outsourcing company, with responsibility over Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Compensation, Labor Relations, and HR Operations for Argentina, Uruguay, and other countries in the region.

Florencia holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, graduating with High Honors, and a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. She has complemented her training with specialized certifications in potential assessment, leadership, and executive development, including the Insights Discovery certification. She is known for a close, collaborative style focused on building long-term relationships of trust with clients and candidates. She has extensive experience working in multicultural and regional environments, with proficiency in English and German.
