He has also worked extensively for the Industrial and Automotive Sector and serves as the Firms Global Sector Leader Automotive where he has gained Sector Knowledge and Insights when recruiting specialized Executives. He is familiar with recruiting for both small and medium companies, as well as Global Stock listed companies with an international search approach.

From the time he began his career as a trainee with the German-British Chamber of Commerce in London, Falco’s main goal has been to foster long-term business relationships based on tailor-made solutions for his clients.

Falco holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Aachen and a Master’s Degree in International Management from the University of Muenster. He speaks fluent English and German, and has some working knowledge in French.
