Ezequiel Palacios is Managing Director at Stanton Chase in Argentina and Uruguay, where he supports local, regional, and multinational companies in executive search engagements and leadership projects for strategic positions. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, he co-founded Glue Executive Search, a firm specializing in executive search and leadership talent advisory across Latin America, where he worked alongside organizations navigating expansion, transformation, and leadership team strengthening, with a focus on C-Level searches, succession planning, leadership assessment, and strategic talent consulting across sectors including technology, consumer goods, retail, financial services, industrial, and life sciences. Before co-founding Glue Executive Search, he built his career at a leading global executive recruitment firm, heading the executive search practice for Argentina and various Latin American markets. He previously worked at a top-tier global consulting firm, participating in projects for clients in the Oil & Gas industry.

Ezequiel holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Throughout his career he has developed strong regional and international exposure, working alongside CEOs, boards, and leadership teams across different Latin American markets. He closely follows trends related to the future of work and the impact of technology and artificial intelligence on organizations, with the conviction that the right leadership, combining strategic vision, adaptability, and execution capacity, is essential to drive sustainable transformation and growth. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
