Evdokia Panousi

Evdokia Panousi is a Consultant at Stanton Chase Athens, specializing in executive search and talent advisory across the financial services, professional services, and technology sectors.

She partners with clients to identify, attract, and assess high-caliber talent, supporting leadership hiring initiatives through market intelligence, strategic sourcing methodologies, and a consultative approach. Her focus is on understanding client needs, building strong candidate relationships, and contributing to successful search outcomes that support long-term organizational growth.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Evdokia worked in talent acquisition at one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in Greece, where she managed full-cycle recruitment processes and partnered with business leaders to support organizational growth. Earlier in her career, she held HR account management roles, developing expertise in client advisory, stakeholder management, and workforce solutions across a broad range of industries.

Evdokia holds an MSc in Marketing and Communication from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has also completed professional training in business coaching.
