Emily Perpetua

Emily Perpetua is a Researcher at Stanton Chase Amsterdam, where she supports national and international executive search assignments through market research and candidate identification.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Emily worked in technical recruitment in New York City. That role sat within a boutique firm, which gave her an appreciation for a personal and tailored approach to hiring, and it taught her how much every search depends on understanding what a client actually needs beneath the job specification.

Those early assignments helped her build insight into different candidate profiles and into the way the right hire supports a client’s wider business goals. As the searches she worked on grew more complex and more senior, executive search became the natural next step.

Emily holds a B.A. in Psychology from Boston College, where her studies sharpened an interest in people, decision-making, and the things that make working relationships succeed.

Originally from the United States, Emily now lives in the Netherlands. Outside of work she travels when she can and listens to history podcasts, often while cooking.
