Dilek Gümüşlü​

Dilek Gümüşlü is a Partner, Leadership Advisory at Stanton Chase Türkiye. She specializes in leadership assessment, executive coaching, talent strategy, and organizational transformation — partnering with boards, CEOs, and executive teams to support critical leadership decisions through evidence-based assessment and advisory solutions.​

Dilek has led numerous executive assessment and development center projects across a broad range of industries, evaluating senior executives and high-potential leaders for hiring, succession planning, and leadership development. In recent years, she has expanded her focus to the intersection of leadership and AI — conducting AI maturity assessments for organizations and their leadership teams.​

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, she founded TalentFocus, a consultancy specializing in executive assessment, leadership development, and coaching. Earlier in her career, she held consulting and leadership roles at Andersen Consulting, AgeSa, and Garanti BBVA, contributing to major transformation initiatives including organizational restructuring and post-merger integration. She also serves as an executive coach and mentor to senior leaders.​

Dilek holds a degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ) and is certified in executive assessment methodologies and psychometric tools, including 16PF, Profiles, DISC. Fluent in Turkish and English.​
