As Managing Director at Stanton Chase Brazil, Daniel Faria is an experienced executive search consultant and leadership advisor with over two decades of expertise in strategic talent advisory. He specializes in senior-level recruitment across the industrial, agribusiness, and energy sectors. Known for his pragmatic and business-oriented approach, Daniel helps clients attract transformative leaders who align with both strategic goals and organizational culture.
Throughout his career, Daniel has successfully led searches for C-level and executive positions, including CEO, CFO, CHRO, General Counsel, CMO, COO, CTO, and senior leaders in supply chain, sales, and operations, as well as non-executive board members. He is particularly recognized for his consultative style and his ability to act as a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs, and HR leaders in complex, fast-evolving environments. Since 2017, he has also led the development of Executive Onboarding programs, supporting newly appointed leaders in accelerating their impact within the first 180 days.
Daniel began his career in corporate finance, holding roles at companies such as Coca-Cola in the United States and GE, before transitioning to executive search in 2005. In 2010, he launched the Brazilian operations of the Fiveten Group, an international executive search firm backed by private equity fund Bregal. In 2016, he co-founded LINCO People Experts, a boutique firm focused on executive search and leadership consulting, which later merged with Stanton Chase.
He holds a degree from Belmont College (USA), an MBA from Insper, and completed a specialization in human resources at the University of Michigan. In addition to his executive search work, Daniel serves as a leadership advisor and board consultant, and has mentored executives through initiatives with institutions such as Insper, IVG, Endeavor, and others.
