Daniel Iriarte is Managing Director at Stanton Chase in Argentina and Uruguay, where he leads executive search engagements and leadership advisory projects for local, regional, and multinational companies. Previously, he co-founded and led Glue Executive Search, a firm specializing in executive search and leadership consulting across Latin America, supporting organizations through processes of growth, organizational evolution, and transformation. Over more than a decade in the industry, he built a strong regional practice focused on C-Level searches, succession planning, leadership assessment, and strategic talent projects across sectors including consumer goods, retail, technology, life sciences, industrial, and financial services. Prior to executive search, he held leadership positions at a leading global executive recruitment firm, advising regional and multinational companies across various Latin American markets.

Daniel holds a degree in Economics and an MBA, complemented by international executive programs including studies at Columbia Business School. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships with CEOs, boards, and business leaders across Latin America. He closely follows the evolution of leadership, digital transformation, and the impact of artificial intelligence on organizations and the future of work, with the conviction that the most competitive companies will be those that build more agile, human, and forward-ready teams.
