Claudia Bustos

Claudia Bustos is an Associate Partner at Stanton Chase Santiago. She brings more than 20 years of experience in international executive search, having advised leading companies across a range of industries in Chile.

Her practice centers on mining, natural resources, and industrial sectors, where she works with local and multinational clients alike. That focus rests on a detailed understanding of the Chilean executive market built up over two decades.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Claudia developed her career at another multinational executive search firm, progressing through roles as Researcher, Consultant, Associate, and Partner. She has specialized training in assessment and in coaching senior professionals, and she has advised public sector bodies on executive search and evaluation processes for senior management appointments.

Over the course of her career, Claudia has led more than 250 senior management search and assessment processes for companies in Chile and internationally, with particular experience in mining, energy, industrial, and logistics assignments. She holds a degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has advanced proficiency in English and German.
