Beate Plueckhan

Beate Plueckhan is a Partner at Stanton Chase Switzerland. She has a longstanding track record in executive management as Senior Vice President.

She obtained her diploma in textile engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern and went on to pursue a successful career in various executive roles, primarily in sales, marketing, and as Vice President for the EMEA region, specializing in the chemical, textile, and paper industries. Beate has built a broad network within these sectors as well as in the retail fashion industry.

With a passion for both developing people’s talents and expanding businesses regionally and internationally, Beate is well-versed in understanding and meeting the needs of different cultures in a global context due to her extensive worldwide experience.

In her role in executive search, her main focus is on providing outstanding consultancy services and identifying the best talent for her clients.

Outside of her professional life, Beate enjoys horse riding, golf, tennis, traveling, and music.
