Antigone Kypreou is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Athens, specializing in Board Advisory Services. Since 2018, she has advised boards, shareholders, and executive leadership teams on corporate governance, board effectiveness, CEO and board evaluations, succession planning, and board composition. Recognized for her expertise in governance and board leadership advisory, she supports listed and privately held organizations across multiple industries, helping align board composition, leadership capabilities, and governance structures with long-term business objectives. Drawing on extensive experience working closely with boards, she combines governance expertise with a practical understanding of board dynamics and decision-making.

Prior to her current role, Antigone served as Administrative Assistant for the Athens office, where she was responsible for corporate projects, reporting, marketing, and CSR initiatives, GDPR compliance, and the coordination of key operational activities supporting the firm’s executive search and advisory assignments.

Earlier in her career, Antigone worked as a Personal Assistant to highly respected professionals for nearly 11 years. Managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and providing direct support to C-level executives enabled her to develop strong client relationship, project management, communication, and organizational skills that continue to underpin her advisory work today.

Antigone has received specialized training in corporate governance frameworks and best practices from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her work focuses on helping organizations enhance board effectiveness, strengthen governance practices, and build leadership structures that support sustainable business success.
